PIERCES STORE: is a timber and stone structure formerly used by J.J. Stafford as their seed grain house. It was built in the last year of the famine and extended a few years after that. It is a protected building of local importance, called ‘Pierces Store’ as it was leased and used by the Historic Pierces Foundry for many years as part of their manufacturing business.

The building comprises approx. 26,000 SQ. FT. over 6 Floors. Substantial capital allowances are available against any income. 
The building has two stair cores, one at either end with a passenger lift in the front core servicing all floors, these cores are fire escape and access cores. Each horizontal floor is a fire compartment and has been fire proofed.
